Kasar Gaad

INGREDIENTS:
1. Fish Filet
2. Oil – 2 cup
3. Toor Daal Powder
4. Cloves Powder
5. Coriander Powder
6. Ajwain
7. Mace
8. Nut meg
9. Sah Jeera
10. Chili powder
11. Big Cardamom Powder
12. Ginger Paste
13. Fennel Powder
14. Garam Masala Powder
15. Salt
16. Asafetida
17. Salt
18. Tamarind Water
19. Grenn chili
20. Tikki Masala

METHOD:

1. Make a paste of tikki masala, toor daal powder, asafetida, ginger paste, chili powder, fennel powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mace-nutmeg- sah jeera powder, ajwain, salt, oil and water.
2. Marinate fish filet with turmeric and salt and fry till it becomes golden. Now add cloves, cardamom to oil. Now add water, chili powder ginger paste , fennel powder garam masala, asafetida and fish filet. Once the gravy thickens add tamarind water, green chili and tikki masala. Once the oil comes out, Serve it
