Dak Bunglow Meat Curry

INGREDIENTS:
1. Mutton : ½ kg, cut into medium size pieces
2. Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp
3. Garlic : 3 tsp, chopped
4. Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
5. Onions : 3 pcs, sliced
6. Salt : to taste
7. Green Chillies : 3 pcs
8. Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
9. Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
10. Oil : 2 tbsp
11. Lime Juice : 1 tbsp
12. Milk or Curd : ½ cup(optional)

METHOD:
1. Wash the mutton properly well. Add all the ingredients mentioned above to it and marinate for about 1 hour in a suitable pan.
2. Place the pan on medium heat and cook closed for about 5 to 6 minutes.
3. Lower the heat, add enough water and then simmer for about 40 to 45 minutes till the meat is cooked and the gravy is thick.
4. Serve with steamed white rice or Bread

  2. This is nt mutton duck bungalow. In mutton duck bungalow, u have to add tomato sauce and boiled egg
